We can accept a wide variety of file types. JPEG's need to be at least 3" tall and 300dpi. If your art is your own creation and you would like us to "spruce it up" for your mugs, please submit layered Photoshop files, or even better, Illustrator or CorelDraw files. Remember to convert text to curves or include fonts. If you are in doubt about any of this, please email your question to us and we will get an answer to you as quickly as possible.
